Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required
  • Availability to work flexible schedules based on hotel needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
  • Experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including Windows and Excel preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming first impression for guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain accurate billing processes
  • Support smooth daily front desk operations while maintaining professionalism
