Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required
- Availability to work flexible schedules based on hotel needs
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including Windows and Excel preferred
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming first impression for guests
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain accurate billing processes
- Support smooth daily front desk operations while maintaining professionalism
