Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs if required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on hotel operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software such as Windows and Excel preferred
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide a warm and welcoming first impression for guests
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle room reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Ensure accurate billing and smooth daily front desk operations
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
