Job Duties

  • Greeting and check-in guests, clients, or customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • assisting with the check-in process, verifying reservations, and providing necessary information about services, amenities, and policies
  • handling check-out procedures, processing payments, and issuing invoices or receipts as needed
  • answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate departments, and responding to emails and inquiries promptly
  • managing room or service reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • assisting guests with requests such as room changes, additional amenities, directions, and local recommendations
  • performing administrative duties including managing mail and packages, maintaining visitor logs, organizing files, and ensuring the front desk is presentable
  • monitoring access to the premises and issuing visitor badges or passes
  • handling cash transactions accurately and securely
  • managing multiple tasks simultaneously including attending to guests, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and completing administrative tasks
  • collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • following established procedures for emergency situations and providing assistance as needed
