Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- manage guest reservations and room assignments
- provide accurate information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are addressed
- assist with telephone and email correspondence related to reservations and guest services
