Job Duties

  • greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • manage guest reservations and room assignments
  • provide accurate information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are addressed
  • assist with telephone and email correspondence related to reservations and guest services
