Job Requirements
- Degree in a related course of study
- minimum 1 year previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience
- previous cashiering experience
- availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
- ability to use property management systems
- ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to multi-task
- previous hotel customer service experience

- fluency in a foreign language preferred
- previous guest relations training in a five star hotel preferred
- flexible availability to work all shifts including overnights
Job Duties
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to standard operating procedures
- empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses
- set up accurate accounts for each guest according to preferences
- block rooms in the computer and follow through on designated requirements
- assist in pre-registering designated guests and prepare key packets
- communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
