Job Requirements

  • Degree in a related course of study
  • minimum 1 year previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience
  • previous cashiering experience
  • availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • ability to use property management systems
  • ability to stand for entire shift
  • ability to lift 50 lbs
  • ability to multi-task
  • previous hotel customer service experience

  • ability to accurately and efficiently input information into property management systems
  • ability to work cohesively with co-workers
  • ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations and process payment transactions
  • ability to think clearly and make concise decisions
  • ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
  • ability to multi-task and work in a highly visible position
  • previous hotel customer service experience
  • degree in a related course of study preferably hospitality
  • minimum 1 year previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience
  • previous cashiering experience
  • availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • fluency in a foreign language preferred
  • previous guest relations training in a five star hotel preferred
  • flexible availability to work all shifts including overnights

Job Duties

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to standard operating procedures
  • empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses
  • set up accurate accounts for each guest according to preferences
  • block rooms in the computer and follow through on designated requirements
  • assist in pre-registering designated guests and prepare key packets
  • communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
  • maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
