Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- positive attitude and professional appearance
- strong problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- experienced with face to face customer service
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- previous experience in hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally
- maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues
- post guest charges and collect payments
- handle guest mail and messages respecting privacy
- be knowledgeable of hotel brand and various programs
- communicate guest comments and concerns with departments and management
