- Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk preferred
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel property management software

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to the hotel
- Check guests in and out efficiently maintaining accuracy in registration and billing
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- Utilize hotel property management systems to record guest information and process payments
- Resolve guest issues and complaints with professionalism and tact
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area ensuring preparedness for all shifts
