Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk preferred
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in hotel property management software

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to the hotel
  • Check guests in and out efficiently maintaining accuracy in registration and billing
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • Utilize hotel property management systems to record guest information and process payments
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints with professionalism and tact
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area ensuring preparedness for all shifts
