Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and office equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to work evening shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Basic accounting skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Greeting and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with check-in process and verify reservations
  • Handle check-out procedures and process payments accurately
  • Manage phone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Manage room or service reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Assist guests with requests and resolve complaints courteously
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing mail, visitor logs, and organizing files
  • Monitor access to premises and issue visitor badges
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously including guest service and administrative duties
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow established emergency response procedures and assist guests
