Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and inquiries
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Complete operational reports and communicate pertinent information to team members
- Engage in physical tasks such as moving and lifting items under 10 pounds as needed
- Uphold company standards for safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance
