Job Requirements

  • customer service experience is required preferably in a hotel or related field
  • must have schedule flexibility for both am/pm shifts weekends and holidays
  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • an accounting background is preferred but not required
  • attention to detail and the ability to compile facts and figures
  • ability to lift pull and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds
  • ability to communicate effectively and courteously over the telephone and in person
  • requires strong command of the English language to include speaking reading and writing
  • in addition to general office equipment you will regularly operate briad systems and software

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
  • strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to communicate effectively and courteously in person and over the telephone
  • attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
  • proficiency with office equipment and Briad systems and software
  • flexible schedule availability for day, night, and mid shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
  • manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests while providing exceptional service
  • handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail
  • maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and courteously
