Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism
  • maintain the highest level of service and hospitality throughout each interaction
  • resolve guest concerns quickly and ensure complete satisfaction
  • accurately post charges, handle payments, and follow all cash-handling procedures
  • manage guest mail and messages with professionalism and discretion
  • stay knowledgeable about our hotel brand, programs, and special offers
  • communicate guest needs and feedback clearly to other departments and management
  • answer calls, assist lobby visitors, and support team members promptly
  • know and follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures
