Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in front desk or customer service roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • familiarity with hotel reservation systems
  • willingness to work in a 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year experience in a similar role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented
  • proficiency with hotel management software
  • basic knowledge of a second language preferred
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • experience in guest or customer service

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • check guests in and out using the hotel management system
  • provide guests with information about the hotel, including amenities and services
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • manage reservations and cancellations
  • process payments and maintain accurate records
  • coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
