Job Duties
- warmly welcome residents and guests
- monitor lobby area and handle incoming calls and requests
- receive, sign for, and ensure efficient delivery of packages and food
- facilitate contractor arrivals and departures as well as realtor and potential buyer or renter visits
- advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations
- follow property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- promptly answer and resolve resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
