Job Duties

  • warmly welcome residents and guests
  • monitor lobby area and handle incoming calls and requests
  • receive, sign for, and ensure efficient delivery of packages and food
  • facilitate contractor arrivals and departures as well as realtor and potential buyer or renter visits
  • advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations
  • follow property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • promptly answer and resolve resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
