Job Duties
- Welcome residents and guests warmly with eye contact and genuine sincerity
- Monitor the lobby area and handle incoming calls and resident requests promptly
- Receive and sign for deliveries according to property-specific systems, ensuring efficient delivery to residents
- Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors, realtors, potential homebuyers, and renters
- Advise residents and guests of property rules and regulations as established by management
- Follow all procedures for access control for residents, guests, and vendors
- Maintain a sharp appearance by wearing the supplied uniform and enjoy interacting with residents
