Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome residents and guests
  • Monitor lobby area and handle incoming calls
  • Manage package and food deliveries following property-specific systems
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals, departures, and visits by realtors or potential residents
  • Advise residents and guests on property rules and regulations
  • Follow all procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • Collaborate with team members and property management to ensure smooth operation
  • Look sharp in supplied uniform
  • Interact positively and proactively with residents
