Job Requirements
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality is desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of reservation systems and basic office software
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond quickly and professionally to all guest requests
- Provide information on resort amenities and facilities
- Monitor traffic flow and guest queues within public area and direct guests as appropriate
- Assist in guest pre-checkin and check-in process
- Operate general maintenance machinery including hand tools to complete guest related maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and alert management when needed
- Communicate promptly with remote sales team and management via work chat regarding guest requests/issues while maintaining professional dialogue and finding resolutions
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, activities, and events
- Inspect, plan and ensure readiness of all materials, workspaces and equipment for service
- Communicate effectively with guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to hotel requirements for guest/employee accidents or injuries and emergency situations
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Coordinate with and support other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with special projects or events as needed
