Job Requirements
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must have experience with front office equipment
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Physical ability to walk sit and stand during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be flexible to work varied schedules
- Understanding of safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to remain calm and manage disruptive situations effectively
Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in customer service hotel industry or related fields preferred
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data entry and database management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with front office equipment
- Understanding of hospitality industry preferred
- Previous Guest Services Agent experience preferred
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as Concierge to guests including making restaurant reservations providing directions recommending area attractions
- Become familiar with property location room types room rates and services offered
- Review guest reservations present options and alternatives use suggestive selling techniques to promote rooms and services
- Accommodate guests with registration assign rooms generate room cards handle special requests and manage reservation tracking
- Verify guest payment methods adhere to credit and cash handling policies post charges and manage safe deposit procedures
- Input guest information in PMS communicate with hotel personnel maintain front desk cleanliness and manage daily logs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room status special requests and maintenance issues
- Report unusual occurrences follow safety emergency procedures and attend departmental meetings
- Perform other tasks necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
