Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Experience in front desk or customer service preferred
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain neat and professional appearance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system, POS
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle complex calculations and computer programs

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Execute the registration and checkout process at the front desk
- Accept payment for guests accounts at registration and checkout, maintain house bank, deposit, and daily receipt reports
- Cash checks and exchange currency for guests
- Accurately handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer
- Acknowledge rewards members and returning guests
- Take and manage guest bookings and up-sell hotel services
- Review daily arrival reports and special requests, ensure room assignments and notifications
- Attend scheduled training and hotel meetings
- Ensure awareness of promotions, activities, VIP arrivals, and guest requests
- Practice safe work habits and ensure safety compliance
- Follow privacy and security protocols and company procedures
- Answer calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and log requests
- Answer inquiries about hotel policies, services, local attractions
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and city attractions
- Keep lobby clean and organized
- Assist in booking reservations
- Manage mail, packages, and guest items
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
