Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs and push or pull carts up to 250 lbs
- basic computer proficiency
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to follow company policies
- ability to work varying shifts
- adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality industry preferred
- experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- good communication skills both verbal and written
- basic computer skills including knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system and POS
- strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- excellent customer relations and leadership capabilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- execute the registration and checkout process at the front desk
- accept payment for guest accounts including cash handling and balancing cash drawer
- acknowledge rewards members and returning guests
- manage guest bookings and upselling opportunities
- review arrival reports and coordinate with other departments on special requests and VIP guests
- attend all scheduled training and meetings
- ensure awareness of special promotions and events
- practice safe work habits and follow security protocols
- answer calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- assist in handling mail, packages, and guest items
- maintain lobby cleanliness and organization
- confer and cooperate with other departments to ensure coordination of guest services
- respond to guest inquiries about hotel policies, services, and local attractions
- perform any other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
