Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- experience in hospitality industry preferred
- experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs as needed
- ability to push and pull carts up to 250 lbs
- ability to perform repetitive motions bending stooping squatting and stretching
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- basic computer proficiency
- adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to work varying schedules
- compliance with company safety privacy and security policies
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- experience in hospitality industry preferred
- experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- good communication skills verbal and written
- basic computer skills
- basic computational ability
- knowledge of Windows OS MS Office PMS PBX key system and POS
- excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills
- detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- execute the registration and checkout process at the front desk
- accept payment for guests accounts both at registration and checkout
- maintain a house bank and make deposits with accurate daily reports
- accurately handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer
- acknowledge rewards members and returning guests
- take and manage guest bookings and upselling opportunities
- review arrival reports and ensure special requests and billing are accurate
- attend all training and meetings
- ensure awareness of promotions, VIPs, groups, and shuttles
- practice safe work habits
- adhere to privacy and security protocols
- answer and transfer calls promptly
- coordinate with other departments for guest needs
- log and follow up on guest requests and room defects
- maintain extensive knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
- maintain lobby cleanliness and organization
- assist in booking reservations
- handle mail, packages, facsimiles, and guest items
- perform all other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
