Job Requirements
- authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work overnight shifts
- flexible schedule

Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a luxury, fast paced environment preferred
- high organizational skills
- speaking, writing and reading English required
- ability to work different shifts including overnight, holidays and weekends
- service-minded and highly motivated individual
Job Duties
- welcome and register hotel guests
- explain the accommodations and establish credit or method of payment
- check guests out of the hotel and prepare the bill
- respond to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations
- comply with all Four Seasons policies
- provide exceptional guest service
- work overnight and flexible shifts
