Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
  • manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly
  • maintain accurate reservation records and update hotel management software
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs
  • process payments and manage front desk financial transactions
  • resolve guest issues and complaints with professionalism
