Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency to learn Property Management System
- Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Check guests in and out of hotel properties
- Answer guest questions and concerns throughout their stay
- Verify guest information upon arrival at the hotel parking lot
- Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System
- Deliver amazing experiences to guests and help create lifelong memories
- Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds
- Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive work environment
