Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism
- Maintain the highest level of service and hospitality throughout each interaction
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and ensure complete satisfaction
- Accurately post charges, handle payments, and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Manage guest mail and messages with professionalism and discretion
- Stay knowledgeable about our hotel brand, programs, and special offers
- Communicate guest needs and feedback clearly to other departments and management
- Answer calls, assist lobby visitors, and support team members promptly
- Know and follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures
