Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles
  • ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • legal authorization to work in the US

  • ability to wear uniform and maintain professional appearance
  • willingness to follow property-specific procedures and rules

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
  • monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls, requests, and package/food deliveries
  • communicate effectively with team members, property management, residents, and guests to ensure smooth operations
  • follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries and ensure timely delivery to residents
  • facilitate contractor arrivals and departures along with realtor, potential homebuyer, and renter visits
  • enforce property rules and regulations with residents and guests
  • adhere to all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • promptly respond to resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
  • maintain a sharp appearance with supplied uniform
  • engage positively with residents and create a welcoming community atmosphere
