Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
  • Specific job duties may differ by property, size of team, or facility

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team player

Job Duties

  • Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.)
  • Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
