Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Specific job duties may differ by property, size of team, or facility
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Duties
- Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
- Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.)
- Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
- Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
