Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make eye contact and provide a welcoming demeanor
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legal to work in the US
  • Ability to wear supplied uniform and maintain neat appearance

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with warmth and eye contact
  • Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
  • Process package and food deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Facilitate contractor, realtor, potential homebuyer, and renter arrivals and departures
  • Enforce property rules and regulations as set by property management
  • Manage resident, guest, and vendor access following property procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance in supplied uniform
  • Communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • Respond promptly to resident requests, questions, and concerns
