Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to make eye contact and provide a welcoming demeanor
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Ability to wear supplied uniform and maintain neat appearance

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with warmth and eye contact
- Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
- Process package and food deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Facilitate contractor, realtor, potential homebuyer, and renter arrivals and departures
- Enforce property rules and regulations as set by property management
- Manage resident, guest, and vendor access following property procedures
- Maintain professional appearance in supplied uniform
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Respond promptly to resident requests, questions, and concerns
