Job Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk setting or a similar role
- strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- required skills are typing, math, accounting, computer, and credit and cash handling procedures
- read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- ability to assess situations correctly using sound reasoning to make decisions and solve problems
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest accounts
- ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
- hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone
- speak so that others may understand at normal levels and on the telephone
- must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line touch tone phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers, and other office equipment
- have the ability to stand for a 4-hour period with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system
- collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience
