Job Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience preferably in a hotel front desk setting or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Required skills include typing math accounting computer and credit and cash handling procedures
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to assess situations correctly using sound reasoning to make decisions and solve problems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest accounts
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation including seeing and reading a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
- Hearing and understanding speech at normal levels and on the telephone
- Speaking so others may understand at normal levels and on the telephone
- Must have finger dexterity to operate office equipment such as computers printers multi-line touch tone phones filing cabinets photocopiers and other office equipment
- Have the ability to stand for a 4-hour period with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently ensuring all guest information is accurate
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services amenities and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience
