- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- assisting with the check-in process and verifying reservations
- providing information about the facility's services, amenities and policies
- handling check-out procedures and processing payments
- issuing invoices or receipts and resolving payment queries
- answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- responding to emails and inquiries promptly
- managing room or service reservations, cancellations and modifications
- assisting guests with requests such as room changes, additional amenities, and local recommendations
- addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns
- performing administrative duties including managing mail and packages, maintaining visitor logs, organizing files, and keeping the front desk presentable
- monitoring access to the premises and issuing visitor badges or passes
- handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining cash drawer
- managing multiple tasks simultaneously including guest service, phone and email communication, and administrative tasks
- collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations
- following procedures for emergency situations and providing necessary assistance
