Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of a background check prior to employment
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional demeanor and appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
  • previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • manage room reservations and update guest information
  • address guest concerns and complaints promptly
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • process guest payments including cash and credit transactions
  • assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations
  • follow all hotel policies and procedures including safety protocols
  • perform other duties as assigned by front desk supervisor or manager
