South Suburban Parks and Recreation is a comprehensive recreational service provider serving communities including Bow Mar, Columbine Valley, Centennial west of I-25, Littleton, Lone Tree, Sheridan, and unincorporated areas of Douglas, Jefferson, and Arapahoe counties. Job Requirements
- Must be eighteen years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience involving assisting the public, record keeping, or handling money
- Ability to perform multiple functions at once
- Ability to handle the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient with computer software applications
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Any combination of experience assisting the public, general record keeping, or handling money
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Job Duties
- Check guests in and out of facilities
- Secure payments and verify billing information
- Assist guests with reservations and requests
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries
- Operate office equipment and point-of-sale systems
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with guests
- Perform multiple tasks efficiently during shifts
