Job Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year experience in luxury hotel front desk or customer service roles
  • written, spoken and reading proficiency in English
  • ability to work flexible shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of computer systems and software related to front desk operations
  • knowledge of local Miami area
  • US work authorization
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • detail oriented and trustworthy
  • willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of luxury hotel experience
  • proficiency in English in written, spoken, and reading forms
  • fluency in a language other than English preferred
  • ability to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
  • computer knowledge
  • knowledgeable of Miami areas

Job Duties

  • Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner using guest name whenever possible
  • assign guests to requested room types and ensure correct rates are charged
  • arrange for luggage delivery to guest rooms
  • issue room keys accurately
  • check out guests by collecting keys, posting charges, presenting bills and settling payments
  • maintain a balanced cash bank including making change, cashing checks, and exchanging foreign currency
  • reconcile all transactions at shift end
  • handle guest interactions professionally, accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and respond to inquiries both in person and by phone
  • utilize computer systems to check guests in and out, run reports, and manage room assignments
  • comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
  • work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors
  • accept reservations, changes, and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff
  • answer and direct guest calls in absence of communications operators
