Job Duties
- Welcome residents and guests with eye contact and a warm demeanor
- Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
- Receive, sign for, and deliver packages and food efficiently
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and realtor or potential tenant visits
- Advise residents and guests on property rules and regulations
- Follow procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- Maintain a professional appearance wearing the supplied uniform
