Job Duties
- Welcome residents and guests warmly
- monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
- manage package and food deliveries efficiently
- facilitate contractor arrivals and departures
- assist realtor, potential homebuyer, and renter visits
- advise residents and guests on property rules and regulations
- follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- promptly respond to resident requests, questions, or concerns
- maintain a sharp appearance in the supplied uniform
- enjoy positive interaction with residents
