Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or guest service is a plus
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- basic computer skills and comfort with reservation systems
- ability to stay calm and friendly in high-pressure situations
- genuine love for people and passion for service
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexible schedule with weekends and holidays

- assist with special requests and resolve guest concerns professionally
- manage cash transactions and follow security protocols
