- previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills verbal and written
- ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments
- comfortable using computers, cash handling systems, and standard office equipment
- physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures using both manual and computerized systems
- accurately handle guest payments, post charges, and maintain precise financial records
- respond to guest inquiries and make reservations in person and by phone using effective sales techniques
- maintain strong guest relations by being knowledgeable about hotel and local area events
- operate PBX system for calls, wake-up services, and guest messaging
- manage front desk cash transactions and ensure compliance with hotel banking policies
- process and deliver guest mail, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner
- support hotel operations by assisting team members, maintaining communication logs, and ensuring guest safety protocols are followed
