Job Requirements

  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to stand for extended period of time and or duration of shift

Job Duties

  • Organize, confirm, process and conduct all guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations
  • Secure payments and verify billing accuracy
  • Activate and distribute room keys to guests
  • Process guest requests and relay messages promptly
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs and assist individuals with disabilities
