Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, process and conduct all guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations
- Secure payments and verify billing accuracy
- Activate and distribute room keys to guests
- Process guest requests and relay messages promptly
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs and assist individuals with disabilities
