Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing or walking for long periods
- Capacity to lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company policies and professional standards

- Ability to operate telephone switchboard and related systems
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in computer use for recording and tracking guest requests

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Operate the telephone switchboard to handle guest calls
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, call identification, and related telephony services
- Inform guests of messages received such as voicemail, email, and fax, and deliver them to guest rooms upon request
- Attend, record, and manage all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns accurately
- Register all guest requests or issues in the computer system and contact appropriate departments for resolution
- Provide guests with information about room features, hotel amenities, and local points of interest
- Assist guests with internet access
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management
- Comply with company policies on appearance, confidentiality, and property protection
- Greet guests per company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally and use proper telephone protocol
- Foster positive working relationships and support team goals
- Adhere to quality assurance standards
- Physically stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
