Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- detail oriented and proactive
- willingness to work in a 24-hour operation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in a guest service role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in hotel management software preferred
- ability to speak a second language is a plus
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- handle reservations and room assignments
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- maintain accurate records and process payments
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- assist in resolving guest complaints and issues
