Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and enthusiastic multitasker
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with computers and office equipment

Job Duties
- Answer telephones to respond to guest questions and take reservations
- enter reservations submitted online
- perform guest check ins, check outs, and room assignments
- provide customer service at the highest level
- handle upset guests with tact and kindness
- attempt to resolve all instances of poor guest service before guests leave the property
- multitask and prioritize to adjust to changing circumstances and complete multiple assignments despite interruption
