Job Duties
- Greet and check in guests promptly and courteously
- check out guests and process payments accurately
- answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries or reservations
- provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally
- maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- follow all hotel policies and security procedures
