Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in guests promptly and courteously
  • check out guests and process payments accurately
  • answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries or reservations
  • provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally
  • maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • follow all hotel policies and security procedures
