- flexible availability to work in a24-hour operation

Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of experience in hotel operations or guest service
- proficiency in a secondary language is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- check guests in and out efficiently
- manage guest reservations and room assignments
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- maintain accurate records and documentation
- coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
