Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and delivering room keys
  • Manage payments including accommodation charges and payments by cash, checks, debit, or credit cards
  • Handle guest check-outs including disputed charges and late departures
  • Respond to and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are in perfect condition for guest arrival
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and coordinate with bell staff as necessary
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area points of interest
  • Prepare, review, and complete daily arrival and departure reports
  • Balance cash drawer and complete cashier reports accurately
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, appearance, confidentiality, and professionalism
