Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one month of guest service experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Capacity to perform effectively in a high-speed work environment

Job Duties
- Record reservations received verbally or in writing and enter them into the hotel computer system
- Quote rates and room availability according to established procedures
- Process and cancel reservations following appropriate procedures
- Answer telephones promptly and route calls or provide assistance to callers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and efficient check-in, check-out, and reservation services
- Inform guests of required information and answer questions about the resort and local area
- Communicate and coordinate with coworkers, supervisors, and managers in all departments
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Promote the hotel/casino and its services and facilities
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Group Sales, and VIP Services to meet guest needs
