Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with genuine hospitality
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and clear communication
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and outlet hours
  • Efficiently manage the registration process including inputting and retrieving guest information
  • Verify details such as number of guests and room rates
  • Promote Crescent and brand-specific marketing initiatives
  • Make thoughtful room assignments based on guest preferences
  • Code electronic keys and confirm room details nonverbally
  • Prepare welcome folders including room keys, certificates, coupons, and refreshment center keys
  • Close out guest accounts promptly at check-out
  • Negotiate compromises and authorize revenue allowances when guests express dissatisfaction
  • Remain mobile and on feet throughout the front office area to ensure efficient service delivery
