Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Proficient with hotel management computer systems

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with genuine hospitality
- Maintain a positive demeanor and clear communication
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and outlet hours
- Efficiently manage the registration process including inputting and retrieving guest information
- Verify details such as number of guests and room rates
- Promote Crescent and brand-specific marketing initiatives
- Make thoughtful room assignments based on guest preferences
- Code electronic keys and confirm room details nonverbally
- Prepare welcome folders including room keys, certificates, coupons, and refreshment center keys
- Close out guest accounts promptly at check-out
- Negotiate compromises and authorize revenue allowances when guests express dissatisfaction
- Remain mobile and on feet throughout the front office area to ensure efficient service delivery
