Job Requirements
- One year of guest-facing customer service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
- pre-employment drug testing required
- compliance with Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO)
- knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols
- proficient in handling guest inquiries and payments
Job Qualifications
- One year of guest-facing customer service experience
- passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- strong communication skills
- quick problem-solving and adaptability
- meticulous attention to detail
- comfortable with technological systems including phone and hotel management software
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- experience working in a hotel front desk or front office role is preferred
- experience in an integrated casino hotel or a Forbes or AAA rated property is preferred
- bilingual abilities are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes
- provide key cards and necessary items
- offer a friendly farewell upon departure
- address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- offer assistance with hotel services, local attractions, and promotions
- collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- monitor promotional programs and maintain lobby cleanliness
- handle billing, process payments, and manage financial transactions accurately
- maintain up-to-date records of guest information, reservations, interactions, and account reconciliations
- resolve guest issues with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues as needed
- provide recommendations for local attractions
- work closely with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations
- uphold hotel policies, ensure confidentiality of guest information
- be knowledgeable of emergency procedures, safety protocols, and accident prevention policies
- demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitask effectively under pressure, and work independently when required
- perform any additional tasks as assigned to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction
