Job Requirements
- Prior cash handling experience necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to stand for extended period of time and/or duration of shift

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- Secure payment, verify and adjust billing
- Activate and distribute room keys
- Process guest requests and relay messages
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
