Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar guest service role
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- customer-oriented mindset
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency with hotel management software is preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations or guest service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- team player with a strong work ethic
- basic proficiency in a secondary language is a plus
- flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain accurate guest records and reservations
- handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact
- support a 24-hour front desk operation effectively
