Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in a similar guest service role
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • customer-oriented mindset
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency with hotel management software is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations or guest service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • team player with a strong work ethic
  • basic proficiency in a secondary language is a plus
  • flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently

  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain accurate guest records and reservations
